Gerry Miller built Gem’s Carpet Cleaning Plus, L.L.C. from the ground up in 1998 to serve his community with top quality cleaning services. After helping a friend run their small carpet cleaning business for a year, Gerry had the vision to start his own operation. We have a 26 year old beige berber carpet which was VERY dirty.
We also have "two" little dogs who are mostly trained but they do not like cold weather, wind, rain or snow!
We have used Gems carpet cleaners a couple of times. They are very reasonable and they do the best job ever over anyone we have had clean our carpets.
They vacuum all carpets first, pre-treat the stains on the carpet and then clean the carpets. There are usually 2 men that come and work together. They are always friendly, neat and clean. They never leave a mess.
They were here this morning. My carpets will dry in about 6 hours and they look brand new! I, 100%, recommend Gems to anyone looking to get their carpet cleaned. You will not be sorry for calling them!
